AYURVEDA & PANCHAKARMA
Ayurveda has mainly two types of treatments. One is to cure diseases and the other is to promote health and virility i.e. Rejuvenation therapy. At our holistic health centre we are concentrating on both these aspects under the guidance of special doctors adn therapists in Ayurveda & Panchakarma. We offer Keraliya Panchakarma therapy, Rejuvenation Packages and Ritucharya training i.e. Seasonal regimens to be followed for a healthy life.
YOGA & MEDITATION
Yoga is a great form of exercise and it also helps to control mind and senses. The benefit of meditation and endless and it is useful for all age groups for reducing stress, anxiety, depressiona annd increasing Peace & perception, self concept & well being.
