Cancellation / Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made 15 or more days before check in date will be free.
• Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance but less than 15 days will incur a cancellation charge of 25% or 1 nights tariff whichever is less.
• Cancellations made before 48 hours in advance but less than 7 days will incur a cancellation charge of 50%.
• No shows and cancellations made within 48 hours of check-in date will incur 100% charge of the booking.
• In case of a full refund on cancellation, there will be a deduction of approximately 5.7% as payment processing charges.

Note : Above are the cancellation rules but we will put our best possible efforts to waive/minimize the cancellation charges.

Refund Policy

• Any refund will be made according to the Cancellation / Refund Policy.
• Refund will take at least 15 days to process.
